安装和调试对压纹机的使用寿命及压纹质量有着很大的影响活动，主要需要注意以下几点：

如果压纹机底座不牢固，即使安装时已做了准确的水平校正，但一段时间的运转后基础水平也必将因机器振荡破坏出现变异情况，机器偏斜而导致运行不稳定，从而影响压纹产品质量。
