压纹机正确操作和维护
1.试生产时最好低速运行,待熟悉机器性能后,可逐渐提高生产速度,如此可较好地保证生产安全和产品的压纹质量。

2.操作时,温度和压力的正确控制十分重要设备,若控制不好很容易发生事故,甚至可能使机器损坏。加热进行压纹定型时,可根据材料特性控制问题,一般情况下将温度控制在40-90℃之间即可,切忌采用超高温进行压纹立体印刷,以防印品变色或变形,避免辊体因受高温影响而变形。压纹时工作压力应根据印品材料的厚薄和密度情况,酌情在3-8mpa范围进行控制,切不可为追求高清晰度的压纹效果而盲目加大压力,以免因压力过重而使压力辊变形。

5.压制不同的花纹更换花纹辊时,可先将滚筒支承横梁上的6颗螺丝松开,把传动链及花纹辊上的加热管卸下,再将花纹辊两端轴承座的上部拆下,随即用皮带或柔软而富韧性的绳子套在滚筒上平衡抬起即可。在拆卸过程中质量控制,切忌用铁辊或其他硬物去撬、垫和碰击花纹辊表面,以防止损坏辊筒纹路。
