1、压纹在启动前应对电源闸刀开关、砂轮片的松紧度、防护罩或安全挡板进行详细检查，操作台必须稳固，夜间作业应有足够的照明，待确认安全后才允许启动。

2、机械运转正常后，方准断料，断料时紧靠切割机的一头必须用夹具夹紧，然后手握切割机加力手把缓慢地向下加力，不能初割时突然加力，以免损坏切割砂轮片和砂轮片飞出伤人。

4、压纹工作完毕应关闸断电，锁好箱门，露天作业的应做好防雨淋的措施。
