| 1、压纹在启动前应对电源闸刀开关、砂轮片的松紧度、防护罩或安全挡板进行详细检查，操作台必须稳固，夜间作业应有足够的照明，待确认安全后才允许启动。 1. The start is allowed only after the safety is confirmed. 2、机械运转正常后，方准断料，断料时紧靠切割机的一头必须用夹具夹紧，然后手握切割机加力手把缓慢地向下加力，不能初割时突然加力，以免损坏切割砂轮片和砂轮片飞出伤人。 2. After the machine operates normally, the material shall be cut off. When the material is cut off, the end close to the cutter must be clamped with a clamp, and then the force shall be slowly applied downward by holding the cutter's force application handle. The force shall not be applied suddenly when the machine is first cut, so as to avoid damaging the cutting grinding wheel and the grinding wheel flying out and hurting people. 3、压纹25cm左右的短钢筋料时，需用夹具夹紧，不准用手直接送料，切割长钢筋时另一头需用人扶助，操作时动作要一致，不得任意拖拉，再切割料时，操作切割机人员不能正面对准砂轮片，需站在侧边，非操作人员不得在近旁停留，以免砂轮片碎裂时飞出伤人。 3.
